1. Digital Software & Subscriptions
Due to the instant and digital nature of our services, refunds are not automatically issued once access has been granted. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis if technical issues prevent product use and cannot be resolved.
2. Trial Periods
If a trial is offered, users are encouraged to test the Service before subscribing. Refunds are not provided after a subscription renewal unless required by law.
